\u00a0A nice easy one to start off with. \u00a0I was worried that I'd get something extremely exotic. \u00a0I'll include the ingredients below and some general instructions. \u00a0I'm going to take the liberty of modifying the recipe and adapting it as needed to cook outdoors.<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\">\n<table class=\"ERHDTable\" border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span class=\"item ERName\"><span class=\"fn\">Swiss Steak<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<td align=\"center\" valign=\"top\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Recipe Type: <span class=\"tag\">Main<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Author: <span class=\"author\">Betty Crocker's Cookbook<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Prep time: <span class=\"preptime\">5 mins<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Cook time: <span class=\"cooktime\">90 mins<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Total time: <span class=\"duration\">1 hour 35 mins<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves: <span class=\"yield\">6<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 tbsp flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp dry mustard<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 lb beef (boneless round, tip, or chuck steak)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbsp oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cloves garlic, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 large onion, sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 large green pepper, sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Make a mixture out of the flour, mustard, and salt, and sprinkle both sides of the beef, pounding it in.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cut beef into 6 pieces.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook beef in hot oil until brown<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomatoes, garlic.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat to boiling and then reduce to simmer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 1\/4 hours.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add rest on ingredients (water, onion, green pepper)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Simmer until tender.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"nutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">2.2.6<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The challenge is on!
