I took some Russet potatoes, cut them into wedges, then I took them to the grill where I cooked them until they were done.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1892\" title=\"Grilled Potato Skins\" src=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-1.jpg\" alt=\"Grilled Potato Skins\" width=\"278\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-1.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 278px) 100vw, 278px\" \/><br \/>\nAfter the potatoes wedges were done, I took a knife and slice off most of the potato flesh, leaving enough to keep the skins intact.<\/p>\n<p>Then I put the potatoes back on the grill, fairly close together, and sprinkled the tops of the skins with cheese (next time I might put a sheet of foil down on the grill to keep the cheese from falling through).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1893\" title=\"Grilled Potato Skins with Cheese\" src=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-2.jpg\" alt=\"Grilled Potato Skins with Cheese\" width=\"322\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-2.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-2-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 322px) 100vw, 322px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next I sprinkled the cheese and skins with some cooked, crumbled bacon.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1894\" title=\"Grilled Potato Skins with Cheese and Bacon\" src=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-3.jpg\" alt=\"Grilled Potato Skins with Cheese and Bacon\" width=\"236\" height=\"314\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-3.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-3-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 236px) 100vw, 236px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Close the grill and let the cheese melt, and.....Grilled Potato Skins!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1895\" title=\"Grilled Potato Skins with Pork Chops\" src=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-4.jpg\" alt=\"Grilled Potato Skins with Pork Chops\" width=\"310\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-4.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.outdoorcookingmagic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/grilled-potato-skins-4-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 310px) 100vw, 310px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I served them with some pork chops that I had also cooked. Mmmmm, so good and so easy!
