different, something out of the ordinary, something that will have your friends and family talking for years, try grilling one of the many exotic meats.\u00a0 Your kids will love going to school and telling their friends that they had ostrich for dinner!<\/p>\n<p>Many of these exotic meats are not only healthier for you, but will have a distinctive taste as well (and no, they don\u2019t all taste like chicken!).\u00a0 For example, did you know that buffalo has 70%-90% less fat than beef and that ostrich has fewer calories than beef, chicken, or turkey?<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m sure you are thinking
