I’m a Travel Nurse and have a Dutch oven where I have 2 burners available at my Extended stay. I’m going to try to cook some of your recipes on the stove top on a burner. A good Lodge enamel heavy Dutch oven that is about a 6 quart is probably one of my best purchases. I think your meatloaf and whole chicken w/veggies should be outstanding!
