I am an outdoor cooking enthusiast.

I am looking for a venue where 150 can attend for a demonstration of mass cooking on outdoor fire, whereafter they can part take in the meal that was cooked.

It can be on an open fire or a gas apparatus.

I was wondering if you would have any advise on venue within greater London (I am looking at a open field like situation but I am open to suggestions), what are the legal issues (open fires, toilet facility requirements, H and S etc).

I will be very grateful for any information.
