In reply to Julie. Julie, I think Liquid Smoke would go great with these. I think that would add the nice flavor to these ribs. Definitely not the same, but like I said, sometimes you have to make some adjustments.

Hi. I am from Australia and I love the sound of these :o) I purchased from the US a bottle of ‘liquid smoke’ Commonly used is recipes to give that ‘smokey’ flavour. How would that go, mixed with the BBQ sauce ?
